We can offer you:
- Courtesy and respect from all staff
- Time to explore your choices
- The opportunity to discuss and set realistic
short and long term goals
- Assistance to find the learning, training or
work that you want
- Encouragement to help you feel more
confident about your chances in the
workplace
- Links to employers and ongoing support once
in work and training
- The right level of support so you can act on
the decisions that you make.

Crossroads Specialist Services
- We offer disclosure expertise, based on your
complete criminal record
- We can work with you regardless of how long
ago your offence took place.
To use our free service, you will:
- be aged 18 or over
- have a criminal record
- be unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week
- be able to turn up to the appointments you
agree with us or let us know you can’t come
- treat out staff with courtesy and respect
- be willing to try to move forwards
- not use alcohol or drugs during or before our meetings.

Where can we meet?
- We can see you at your local Probation Office,
Jobcentre Plus Office or in other suitable
locations
- We will aim to see you within 5 days of a
referral and can offer you, on average, six
months of support
- We can see you in custody prior to release
